The Bloods and Hearts face another interesting round of footy with a few milestones to acknowledge. Tristan Coles plays game number 150 for the club when the boys travel to Chelsworth Park to take on Old Ivanhoe. Colesy has been a great clubman since making his debut in 2008. Most of these games have been manfully played in the Reserves. His senior games have been noticable however with his goal on the siren a few years ago the highlight. Colesy always plays footy with a smile on his face which can hide determination to succeed. Good Luck for game 150 Tristan. Damian Fletcher and Ben O’Leary both play their 50th game this weekend. Ben has returned to the Senior side while Fletch will show his normal levels of enthusiasm and determination in the earlier game. Let’s hope the boys have wins to celebrate in their milestone games.
The U/19s take on Old Geelong at Como Park at 12 noon while the Hearts play De La Salle at Jordan Reserve in Chadstone at 11am. For the girls, it is the last of their grading games.
It has been a solid start to the year for the club,so this would be a good round to get further consolidation.
